Swim course in Florida
Today, LotStreetWiz started a two-day course on efficient swimming with the Total Immersion folks. It's being held at the Coral Springs Aquatic Complex.

How did it go? Did it improve your performance? Do you feel like you're a better swimmer now?
I'm going to try again to learn to run. I had to cancel my Jazzercise and Karate memberships, but I need to do something or I'll turn into our mom ;) So I'm going back to your advice from way back when and starting running. You're the only one who knows.
